Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Privacy policy

SHIPPING, HANDLING AND INSURANCE -- Shipping charges include postage, handling and insurance charges.

We ship most orders on the day of purchase. Unfortunately, some orders have been lost or destroyed in transit. Please email orders@smokinscrews.com if:
1. You have not received your package within 14 days of your order.
2. Your shipment is damaged in transit (Please send a photo of the damaged mailer/package.)
